Newest realignment thread
Couldn’t find, didn’t look real hard, the previous 600 threads on realignment, so starting another new one.

Looks like Boise is unhappy with new media deal with the MWC and are exploring options.

Didn’t realize Boise had a Texas type deal with the MWC. I surely don’t want to be in a conference where one school has a benefit over the other schools in the conference.

No way the PAC 12 is going to align with a JuCo, maybe the AAC would want them, just make that footprint even bigger. Or does the WAC get another step towards rebirth???

No way the WAC will be re-birthed by Boise State. Only way the WAC gets football again is if teams like Eastern Washington, NDSU, SDSU, Montana, etc. want to all become FBS.

I don't know of any options that Boise State has besides going independent or going to the AAC, but they've already spurned the AAC once when the whole Big East deal folded. They probably need to sit down and enjoy a Coke, and realize the MWC is all they have.

I agree, they are probably just trying to ruffle feathers and get an even bigger part of the pie. If I were the MWC I’d tell them to take a hike. Much like a lot of the Big XII said to Texas.
