None of us are upset that's where he ended up. I don't remember any ill will about his departure.

Presenting a story that he was "stolen" from us is best case a huge embellishment but in actuality it's not the truth. I know we complain about Ben and his unending quest to get clicks by inflaming our fanbase cause he knows it works....but lying to get to that end destroys his credibility for real.

It's shameful, I thought he was above outright lies.

As I've said, I have no idea why he left. Dude might have just needed a break, I don't know. I've yet to see anything bad about him (as shown by former players speaking positively about him), but he resigned his position on our staff in June of last year. He was not coaching for Georgia Southern for the entirety of the 2019 football season.

I understand Ben was going for the attention grabber, but he's spinning a narrative for page views only, at the cost of credibility.

If what I heard was true, why he left GS not terrible but not great. I'm not going to get into personal stuff on here and not going to hurt or out the person that gave me the info. He's a good coach and a good pick-up from a football standpoint. But yeah, you didn't "take" him from us. You hired an unemployed coach.

Both schools stole App State's defense....
