Coach didn’t have the best body language last night. I think he knows what’s coming for the rest of the season.

nor did some of the players. They got out worked , out hustled, very poor performance. disappointing to say the least.

This team reminds me of the one that lost a home play in game to BG a few years back and failed to make Cleveland. Could be some ugly road trips.

I was disappointed in the coach. They N Ill went on a crazy run to end the first half and Sendy sat on three time outs? Stop the bleeding. Damn put in Santiago or someone who could be a sparkplug. Furthermore, grow some balls and sit Pippen when he gets a rebound goes full court and dribbles like hes Stef Curry until he jacks up a three. We went TO, TO, airball, TO. Cj will be the death of me.

Agree, OWLNFLSH. It does. I'm so disappointed. That season (2015/16), 2017/18, and 2013/14 were all dismal, to me.

I just have one more question because I’m not a basketball expert.

NIU’s coach said on TV afterward they went with their small lineup for most of the game.

Someone needs to explain to me how a Kent State team can get outrebounded at home 42-25 against a team playing small.

No amount of Swenson’s can get me to come watch that.

maybe this team just isn't very good. If you dive deep into our non-conference schedule you really cant assess how good we are based on the large # of very very bad opponents.

We rely on the 3 a lot, which will produce some surprise wins (@ BG, Toledo, @Towson, @Wright State) but can't live by the 3 long term especially in MAC when everyone knows all your sets. Need some inside out diversity and we have none. Even Pippen with half a leg he's essentially playing a shooting guard/wing role.

I wasn't able to go to the game last night. Because I have a 90 minute drive, in good weather, I'm not going to any more unless they turn it around.

Actually, 2017/18 was a rather enjoyable season overall as that was a young team that showed a lot of promise for the future ... if ADR had not transferred and DP suffered a leg injury.

Combined with JWalker and JAvery last season, Buffalo might have had a real challenger ...

Oh, woulda-coulda-shoulda!!!

Maybe our Flashes are just playing to their potential. After all, the Golden Flashes were predicted to finish third in the MAC East.
