Postgame with Mike V: Burke- “We had two guys quit on us because they didn’t buy in.” Statement made after praising current players for sticking with the program and still playing hard despite all the adversity of the season.

Facts. Love hearing him continuously praise the players he has.

Burke is special. Really pulling for him.

What a win! Helluva a job by the staff and players. What an improbable turn of events. That was a great game! Btw...flo’s preview showed the entire thing without me having to refresh.

Biggest win of the Post-Keatts era, without a doubt. Top tier conference win on the road.

At this point in time Burke gets my vote for having "interim" removed from his title.

They quit on CB. It would be damn hard to quit on Burke

No. BS. They quit on CB, Burke, Esleeck, Manuel, the team managers, their TEAM, the students, the school, the alumni, and the fans.

Good luck to them and I hope one day they learn to handle tough situations like grown men.

This game may have done it. We can and are competing with a roster that probably shouldn't The question you always ask is could you switch teams and beat the other coach? If Burke were coaching the CofC roster, he would have beaat Grant with the UNCW roster.

I'd sign him right now. 04-cheers

CofC had 72 FG attempts to our 55. How on earth did we win?

While I agree with you completely I’ve stated where I stand on quitting mid season, the situation looked pretty dire. And the change kinda come outta left field. They very well may have like the other coach’s but who knows doesn’t matter now.
