Whoever buys it better not change a lot. Especially the fried potato salad. That place is a staple in Dekalb. Would be an absolute shame if they messed it up.

According to the listing, the owner is selling for medical reasons. I hope they are okay.

The owners son has leukemia, per the attached newspaper article. Hopefully, all goes well for the family.

Wow, I like Fatty's, too bad. That guy is a big time NIU asset.

I am always surprised noone hasn't dozed that roach motel next door and air dropped a BWW or better.

How is that motel still standing? It’s in a good location and is just sitting vacant for years. Surprised the city of Dekalb is allowing this to happen
