Cullop Speech at ProMedica
Came across this via a link on twitter today. From last fall.

She's such a good speaker. Worth watching if only because you like hearing Naama Shafir stories over again.

This was very good. Hard to believe that was 22 minutes long. Enjoyed all of it and thanks for posting.

She seems to be a "disciple" of Servant Leadership - or some derivation of it. That should be mandatory training for all head coaches. Would be interesting to hear an interview by Jason Candle on how he views leadership and also how he defines his leadership style - and how that emanates down to his assistants and staff.

One other thing she mentioned is that you will remember how people treated you - or how they made you feel. You will forget a lot about decision people you have worked for or with made during the time you worked together - but you will never forget how they made you feel.

I've met coach in a smaller Alumni setting and yes, she is very easy to listen to. Has her attention on everyone. Not sure how you do that but she does that.

I've seen her at a few area leadership functions and she spoke at a middle school function for girls leadership that my mother runs every year at an area school district...incredible speaker and always knows how to pair well with her audience. When she is done with coaching she will be more than alright getting a supplemental income with this.
