Nice interview

The Mykelti interview will get you excited about the 2020 Huskies. He is bullish on the team and especially Dillon Thomas. Says Pugh and Deveaux are going to be great to watch.

It will take 2 more years for NIU to be competitive again. Hopefully they hit it in 2 years and maintain it

RE: Nice interview
I like next years chances as much as any. Mainly because I think Bowers is the best passing QB since Harnish. And Hammock will be better. I know we are excited about Fletcher, but if he doesn't work out you can be in a rut for a couple years. Don't be in a hurry to overlook a good QB when you have one. You don't know when the next one will show up.

Are both Pugh and Deveaux back next year?

RE: Nice interview
Pugh, Deveaux and Daniel Crawford are back and I'm pretty sure CJ Perez is too.

Those are 3 key guys. Perez is just a huge bonus to have back.

Listening to the podcast now. Good interview crew. Props.

RE: Nice interview
This year should see us back in the post season, after last year's unfortunate result.
The MAC is competitive, with good parity , so the difference between 5-7 vs 7-5 could be inches.
Last year's bump was a new Head coach who had spent several years as an NFL assistant coach trying to re-acclimatize back to the NCAAF, get his feet wet and introduced a new system.

The expectation of 7 Regular season wins is back on the table.

RE: Nice interview
I wanted to say thanks to the narrators for these two interviews. Great to have extra huskie content especially during the off season.

In the spirit of constructive feedback to the authors. I loved the content, in fact I would call it newsworthy as I wasn't sure these players were testing NFL waters and future football careers.

I noticed an improvement between the first and second interview. Thank you.
Since I'm related to a speech instructor might I suggest you limit use of pause words such as "uh" and " I mean". Feel free to take a a small breath and break.
The second interview asked questions directly which kept the interview moving nicely.
Phrases such as "I want to ask you" probably isn't needed. Just ask. It's your interview.

Talking over each other is hard to hear either voice so keep that in mind.

Loved listening and will continue in the future.

RE: Nice interview
Pugh, Deveaux, and Cole should dominate next year. Hopefully, they can all stay healthy and put up record numbers. Hopefully, Brinkman and Crawford will also put up unparalleled production along with Bowers. They showed plenty of potential last year, just gave up too many big plays and lost close games.
