Fredo suffers from something all liberals have.....selective memory

Cuomo’s network is the same network that bitterly attacked 16-year old Nicholas Sandmann after the March for Life in 2019; so bitterly, in fact, that the network had to reach a settlement after Sandmann sued them.

As The Washington Post reported, the exchange with Mnuchin that prompted Cuomo’s comments went like this:

Reporter: “Greta Thunberg has called for public and private sector divestment from fossil fuel companies. Does that pose a threat to this U.S. economic growth that you guys are talking about?”

Mnuchin: “Is she the chief economist or who is she? I’m confused.”

Reporter: “Greta Thunberg.”

Mnuchin: “It’s a joke! After she goes and studies economics in college she can go back and explain that to us.”

Fox 19 reported on January 7, “CNN agreed Tuesday to settle a lawsuit with Covington Catholic student Nick Sandmann. The amount of the settlement was not made public during a hearing at the federal courthouse in Covington.”

As The Daily Wire reported, one of Sandmann’s attorneys, Lin Wood, told Fox News’ Mark Levin last year:

CNN was probably more vicious in its direct attacks on Nicholas than The Washington Post. And CNN goes into millions of individuals’ homes. CNN couldn’t resist the idea that here’s a guy with a young boy, with that Make America Great Again cap on. So they go after him … They really went after Nicholas with the idea that he was part of a mob that was attacking the Black Hebrew Israelites, yelling racist slurs at the Black Hebrew Israelites. Totally false. Now you say you’ve seen the tape; if you took the time to look at the full context of what happened that day, Nicholas Sandmann did absolutely nothing wrong. He was, as I’ve said to others, he was the only adult in the room.

The Daily Wire reported in March 2019:

Sandmann was falsely accused of being disrespectful to a Native American man who stood in front of him and beat a drum in his face on January 18 while attending The March for Life in Washington, D.C. A short video clip, which took the exchange out of context, went viral on social media and led to multiple false attacks being launched against the students from lawmakers, media organizations, media figures, and celebrities.

Wood stated, “The CNN folks were online on Twitter at 7 a.m retweeting the little one-minute propaganda piece that had been put out. They’re out there right away going after this young boy. And they maintain it for at least two days. Why didn’t they stop and just take an hour and look through the Internet and find the truth and then report it? Maybe do that before you report the lies.”
