Championship game $90. It will be interesting to see how many people attend. This is another bad move by the caa commissioner office .

It's a tiny arena but dang that's pricey

I have not been in years myself and no plans for this year. How much of an increase in price is this?

With the size of the arena they are hoping there are just enough support to sellout and make as much money as possible. Nothing more, nothing less. If the schools sell a lot fewer than expected they will drop those prices back to something reasonable. Timing is hilarious though, worst product the conference has put on in a long time comes with the highest price point. At least it appears games should mostly be competitive throughout.

Looks like it's a new arena and very small for a D1 basketball tournament. It's also not in an area that has much going on around it not to mention DC is pretty expensive as a whole.

My buddies from DC have told me it's not the best area.

Well, it’s the 2019 CAA. We’re lucky they’re not renting a HS gym at this point.

True Lol. I hope the leadership makes a push for Reynolds Coliseum soon. Close enough to drive for half the schools, easy airport to fly into for northern schools. I guess that makes too much sense though

It actually looks legit but the area is not great and certainly not what you think of as DC. It's just another reason for UNCW to really concentrate on finding a better conference fit. The CAA is a deadend for UNCW sports-IMO.

And you think they are going to have the CAA tournament at a coliseum at NCSU?
