Best Stadium You've Ever Been In
Because why the heck not?
I've never been in an FCS stadium other than Charleston Southern, and it was terrible.
FBS: Clemson
Only college stadium I've ever been in where I couldn't hear myself yelling.
D3: Hampden Sydney (VA)
Everything about Hampden Sydney was awesome.

Nippert for me.
But if I have to pick another one, Gaylord Family-Oklahoma Memorial Stadium is the best overall experience I've had traveling for a road game. I have a hard time separating the stadiums from the experience of attending a game at them.

The LOUDEST stadium I have ever been in was the Superdome in New Orleans for a Panthers / Saints game with serious playoff implications a couple years ago. My ears and head hurt for days.

Hard to believe, but the loudest stadium I ever went to was the Orange Bowl for a Dolphins/Raiders game in Dan Marino's first year.
Also, to follow up on your post, Clemson's on MY bucket list.

RE: Best Stadium You've Ever Been In
Of those I've been to (game result factors into the outcome and Nippert being my home stadium is obviously first in my book and I'll exclude it):
Neyland - went last year for 2 teams I didn't have a rooting interest in (Tennessee and USC) so I was able to judge as just a college football fan.
Place was loud and had a nice atmosphere and they know how to tailgate beforehand (as most of the south does), but the stadium badly needs a renovation.
Ross-Ade Stadium (Purdue) - for how little Purdue had cared about football, it was actually really enjoyable. Good sight lines and game day atmosphere.
The Horseshoe - big and loud but nothing stood out as special.. could see how it's an imposing atmosphere for an opposing player. They also know how to tailgate.
Cardinal Stadium (Louisville) - went for a rivalry game against Cincy so that plays a factor but I really enjoyed the stadium.
Paul Brown Stadium - as an NFL stadium it sucks for college games but I do wish UC would play the Miami game there as neutral site every year scheduled the same weekend as Oktoberfest.. makes for a hell of an all day environment.
Hard Rock (Sun Life) Stadium - was there pre-renovation and you could tell the renos were needed. College teams playing in NFL stadiums is a hard no so they're automatically last. Place was probably 30% full, Cincy was getting demolished, it was 95 degrees, and sitting on the beach sounded a million times better.
Future places on my bucket list are most AAC schools particularly Memphis, UCF, USF, ECU, and Navy. I plan to go to Nebraska next year, Miami (OH) sometime in the future, Indiana and Notre Dame in 2021.

I feel the same way. I went to Neyland last year for Tennessee vs South Carolina and going to a game as just "a fan of college football" gives a whole different appreciation for gameday atmospheres. You're able to take in the sights, sounds, environments pre and postgame without a worry about how your team is performing.
Most of my away game experiences are clouded by alcohol and how Cincinnati is performing.

It’s hard for me to feel like any venue could be better than the Liberty Bowl, but Jerry’s World was ok.

Mercedes Benz ATL. I'm sure eventually a newer build will surpass it but for now it's on top (& I attended the Cotton Bowl, ATT is very nice but not MB ATL nice).
To add, the new Sun Trust Park where the Braves play is also the nicest baseball park I've seen but my sample size is limited.

Nippert Stadium
Superdome (UC-Fla Sugar Bowl)
Dolphins Stadium (UC-Va Tech Orange Bowl)
Miami(Oh) (both old stadium and Yeager Stadium)
Kent State
Tennessee - (too big)
West Virginia (this may be the best on the list)
Hoosier Dome
Pontiac Silverdome
Kentucky
Ohio State (just too much - too big)
Paul Brown Stadium (could actually be one of the worst on this list - drab, dungeon-like)

Best atmosphere I’ve ever been a part of was Alabama @ LSU in 2012. We lost the game in the final minute, but wow, it was unreal.

RE: Best Stadium You've Ever Been In
Alright Fun, We're Ranking. I'm doing every NFL/College Stadium I've been to (often the NFL was to watch college but not always). I have a hard time separating the atmosphere/experience from the stadium itself so these rankings try to take in all those factors. (Also if some of the corporate names have changed since I made this list...whatever)
1. Nippert
2. Gaylord Family Oklahoma Memorial Stadium
3. The Big House
4. Neyland Stadium
5. Milan Puskar Stadium (WVU)
6. Lane Stadium (VT)
7. Ohio Stadium (OS)
8. Carter-Finley Stadium (NC State)
9. Soldier Field (Chicago Bears)
10. Lucas Oil Stadium (Colts Current)
11. Jerry's World
12. Memorial Stadium (Illinois)
13. Notre Dame Stadium
14. Ross-Ade Stadium (Purdue)
15. High Point Solutions Stadium (Rutgers)
16. Pap Johns Stadium (Louisville)
17. Superdome
18. Raymond James Stadium
19. Liberty Bowl
20. Glass Bowl
21. Heinz Field
22. Paul Brown Stadium
23. Cleveland Browns Stadium (21-23 all feel almost the same. Clearly form a similar era)
24. The Orange Bowl (is it Hard Rock Stadium?)
25. Fed Ex Field (Washington Redskins)
26. Pontiac Silver Dome (Detroit, former)
27. RCA Dome (Colts, Former)
28. Yager Stadium (Miami Ohio)
29. Carrier Dome
30. John C. Edwards Stadium (Marshall)
31. Riverfront Stadium (Bengals, former)
32. Legion Field
33. The Rubber Bowl (Akron, former)

I liked Michigan Stadium, actually.
Yeah, it is just a big hole in the ground but it was easily accessed, had a lot of room to walk around and there's not a bad seat in the house.
Sometimes simple is best.

Yea. I had it three on my list of 33. Plus their fans were really pleasant. We bought incredible seats on stubhub and were surrounded by Michigan fans. They were awesome the entire time (and UC was in the game for much of it). Tailgate scene on the golf course was a lot of fun as well.
