Still, that's a slap in the face to finish the way we did and not be in every top 25 conversation.

Lol even more ridiculous is the inclusion of TN. The spin machine for the SEC is relentless.

UT's best win this year was against Kentucky with a WR at QB. Their other SEC wins were against MSU, MIzzou (fired their coaches) SCAR and Vandy (should have). And yet I was Finebaum have an honest-to-God discussion on whether Pruitt should be coach cox the year lol!

It's ok. All of you will watch power conference football all year long and like it. Don't forget to watch the CFP tonight even though our memphis team will never be in it.

Thanks in advance for the tv ratings, sheep/followers/g5 fans.

Not sure what this is worth but here is an article that has us #2 in the AAC and why. I am not seeing anything on the Asa Martin transfer. Isn't he
eligible in 2020?

Same here. I like college football.

Which is exactly why they won't ever make changes that includes more teams from the outside of college sports like us. G5 fans are watching in full force, and the power conference brand benefits even more. It's a nice scam that the power conferences have going on. A lot of people are just going to be followers and the ncaa knows it.

I did the same thing for my entire life until the divide got so big between haves and have nots. Then i started feeling like a sucker for doing it.

I quit watching nfl bc of the disconnect with college sports.

I watched and knew more about sports than almost anyone, but i've been living without it for over 5 years now. I'm better off not wasting my time on it.

Memphis Tigers fan only right here. Last game i saw was our game. I'm good until next spring game.

I'm confused. You say that you root for Memphis but then you say that YOUR Memphis team will never be in it. Wouldn't that be OUR Memphis team ?? Also, never say never because it can come back to haunt you someday.

Yes, I meant "our". I would think that most people could get past an accidential slip in use of a pronoun, so i didn't edit it and change it, because once i reread what i posted, i knew one of you would point that out. It should be ******* obvious that i'm a memphis fan.

Do you think i quit watching all sports but memphis, because i'm not a memphis fan? C'mon man.

You're so worried about my use of a pronoun that you missed the point.
If you want to continue this any further on the point that g5 fans being so obsessed with power conference football doesn't help, go ahead. Otherwise, i'm done here.

Memphis will never be in the CFP or championship game under the current format. See, i said never again. Yeah, i hope that comes back to haunt me one day.
