He’s the best TE ever, so yes.

No question when he finishes his career that a bust in Canton awaits.

Both kelce brothers should be hall of famers.

RE: Go Chiefs! Kelce dominating
I don't think there are any brothers currently in the HOF at least I couldn't think of any...
but there are a couple of brother pairs that could be in before Travis and Jason...

Bruce Matthews is in the HOF. Clay is on the ballot but did not make finalist.
Peyton will be in the HOF...what about Eli?

Had the privilege of eating with Travis Kelce his senior year at UC a the 1200 Club event at Higher Ground.
He is as nice a guy as he is a great football player. Love seeing him (and all Bearcats) have success in the NFL.

Travis is going to the hall of fame if he stays healthy. He was playing at that level before but he's also going to be spending the prime of his career with an all time talent.

With multiple first team all pros Jason is definitely on the road to the HOF but I don't know that they put in as many interior linemen.

I don't think he should as his overall numbers are mediocre but I think a multiple Super Bowl winning QB from the biggest market eventually gets in.

So chew on these numbers. Including the game stats today, his 7 year career numbers [he's 30 years young]...

517 Receptions
6,599 Yards
12.76 Yards/Rec
40 TD

Not too shabby for a third round draft pick. On another note, Andy Reid has to love UC because he had the services of one Brent Celek when he coached at Philly.

In all fairness, and I love me some Travis K, let's not jump [yet] that he's better than Tony Gonzalez who played for 17 years...

1,325 Receptions
15,127 Yards
11.4 Yards/Rec
111 TD

Didn't he also have the services of one Connor Barwin for a couple of years too? Or am I misremembering?

He's already got more 3 more pro bowls than Kevin Mawae and 1/3rd the PBs; and he's also a SB Champion, which Mawae was not. if Mawae is in, i think Jason is in.

I think Barwin did play in Philly but it would have been after Reid. I believe Reid drafted Jason.

Real is correct. Reid's last year in Philly was 2012. Connor came on board as a FA in 2013.

Good call. 5th rounder that had a heckuva NFL career. Jason Kelce was a 6th rounder and Celek was a 5th rounder.

Excuse my ignorance, but if Kelce goes to Canton would he be the first bearcat to do so?

I know of at least Koufax in baseball, and basketball will be covered with Oscar and a few others...but any Bearcat NFL alums make it in yet?

There was quite the UC pipeline to the Eagles for awhile there...

Yes, unless you count Sid Gillman who was inducted as a coach.

Oscar and Jack Twyman are in Springfield.

UC grad Tony Trabert is in the Tennis Hall of Fame. Most tennis players don't go to college so that's a rare achievement.

About 2/3 of MLB Hall of Famers didn't go to college either. So UC is one of only 11 schools with multiple alumni in Cooperstown. Oddly enough, so is Xavier. UC has Sandy Koufax and Miller Huggins, while Xavier has Jim Bunning and Frank Robinson.

Nonsense! Frank Robinson went to X while he was playing for the Reds. He never played for Xavier. Doesn't count.
