It also wouldn't shock me if some of the front-runners (like Biden) announce a VP candidate even before anything has been decided in terms of the nominee. That's certainly not against any rules - just goes against the typical schedule of conventions - and some of them need a bounce before the bigger primaries.
Harris gets him nowhere. Whoever the dem nominee is will win CA. If Biden is getting to the point of having to pick a VP candidate already, I dont see it being somebody currently out of the race. I wouldn't rule out buttigieg after super tuesday. That would pretty much secure him all but the socialist arm of the party.

She's a good grope, and Biden knows a good grope when he feels one. 03-cloud9

^This was the first thing I thought. Smacks of desperation.

Would never work. Michele has a bigger crank than Biden.

And he wants to put Barry on the Supreme Court. Why not?

I bet if he loses Iowa/NH he announces it before SC to try and regain some steam. If he waits till Super Tuesday (and loses those 3) he is done for. SC he's still a favorite but a Bernie Iowa NH blowout could cause SC voters to flip.
