If this effort is successful, does it make the Title 9 provisions null and void? Also, might it have an eventual effect on military opportunities for women in the U.S. armed forces and American business?

Title IX draws on the equal protection clause of the 14th Amendment. The Lady Blazers are safe.

If you actually have any of the approximately 3,200 Stadium Certificates for Legion Field (good for 2 seats each), you have only short time left to use them. They are only good for any football games played at that venue, but they are perpetually good forever. If LF is ever demolished, their value goes with it. Once we move into the BJCC stadium, UAB will be able to add a premium surcharge for the best seats. How much that will be is speculation, but I would guess it might be at least equal to what is charged now for midcourt seats at Bartow Arena. Such surcharges are illegal under the Stadium Certificate contracts.
