Just Watched the Epstein Specilal on ABC and.....
…...it was appropriately sympathetic to the victims, and twice played on Acosta's handling of the case and his service in the Trump administration to try to implicate Trump. They did zero in on Prince Andrew, but not one damn mention of Bill Clinton's frequent trips on the same planes or his photos with the young girls.

So my take away is that they gave the victims a chance to talk about what happened to them, did a fairly good job of bringing Epstein's crimes forward in a timeline, and that all of that was designed to not only tell a story but also a vehicle to tie Acosta to Trump who both times when mentioned showed pictures of both Acosta and Trump.

Later without pictures they talked about how his role while serving as a chief prosecutor in Florida cost Acosta his job in Washington.

In other words, other than respectfully treating the victims, it was about what I expected.

Edit: And other than Prince Andrew the Hollywood crowd and other billionaires and political figures who also frequented Epstein's airplanes and secluded estates were wholly missing, and the mention of Epstein's death only showed the doubts over his death without getting into it, and leaving us to believe it was a suicide.

Throwing shade at Trump is essentially the entire purpose of ABC News (and CBS News, and NBC News, etc., etc.). I honestly think we’ve passed the point at which the public really notices or cares what the MSM says about him.

But Alex Acosta really does have a lot to answer for here. His actions back in 2007 (or whenever that was) may possibly have a rational, innocent explanation. But if so, he has never shared that explanation with the public.

In Florida it wasn't even a Federal case. It was a local investigation and then the DA tanked it on purpose.
Then the Feds got involved and at least got something on Epstein.

So it was basically a Lifetime Movie. They probably aired "Teacher Whore", "My Mom slept with my Best Friend", and "Psycho Babysitter" in succession right after that..... .

I'd rather get 'clockworked oranged'....

I believe that Barry Krischer is name of the DA you’re taking about and yes — he should absolutely be compelled to answer a lot of questions about his actions, too.
