Hard to imagine a more absurd comment. So we released billions to people who were already firing missiles? How nuts is that?
They were adhering to a multi-nation nuclear agreement that was working just fine and the orange idiot just tore it up with no replacement and no coherent strategy. How nuts is that?

Maybe they were adhering, maybe they weren't. And no, it was not working just fine.

The experts are in total disagreement with you...but what do they know?

you need better websites... the deal was never ratified or signed, and accomplished nothing.... this is from wikipedia:

"The U.S. government has published a fact sheet summarizing the main points of the deal.[11] Shortly after it was published, top Iranian officials, including the Iranian supreme leader and the Iranian minister of defense have disputed the document on key points which remain unresolved.[12][13][14]

On 22 July 2015, Abbas Araghchi, Iran’s deputy foreign minister who led the negotiations, made an announcement on state-controlled television that the recently reached nuclear deal with the world powers did not include limitations on Iran’s weapons capabilities or missile power and that Tehran would keep arming its regional allies. "We have told them [the P5+1 world powers] in the negotiations that we will supply arms to anyone and anywhere necessary and will import weapons from anywhere we want and we have clarified this during the negotiations," Araghchi said.[15]

In a speech the following Saturday, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei added, "Our policy will not change with regards to the arrogant US government."[15]

Sure... it was working REAL well.

You need to ask RWT whose experts he is referring to. The Left has their own pseudo set of experts who have track records of being wrong for decades, but it doesn't keep them from touting them at every opportunity.

The experts also said Obama made Syria get rid of their chemical weapons. Snopes agreed with them, until they were used by Syria.

Pointing out that Iran had plenty of money to buy missiles before we gave them back their money isn't defending anybody. It's just stating common sense. I know that's a foreign concept to many here, but hey...whatever floats your boat.

They did? Are you sure? You do understand their economy is and has been very precarious, right?

In October and November, just after the nuclear deal was reached, Iran tested a new ballistic missile capable of carrying multiple warheads.

Quote:The head of the international organization charged with monitoring Iran’s compliance with the 2015 nuclear deal said Iran is meeting its obligations under the accord and warned against states trying to influence verification activities. Less than three weeks later, the United States imposed sanctions against Iranian officials and institutions that Washington alleges are working to retain nuclear weapons-related expertise in Iran.

“Iran is implementing its nuclear commitments,” said Yukiya Amano, director-general of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), in March 4 remarks to the agency’s Board of Governors. Amano urged Tehran to continue adhering to the deal, known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).

The IAEA quarterly report on Iran’s nuclear program, released publicly just days after Amano’s statement, contains additional details demonstrating that Iran is abiding by the deal’s terms. It notes that Iran’s stockpile of enriched uranium is below the 300-kilogram cap set by the JCPOA and that Iran has not enriched uranium above the limit of 3.67 percent uranium-235, far below the 90 percent level considered useful for weapons purposes.

The report notes that the agency has had access to “all the sites and locations in Iran which it needed to visit.”

How do they know what sites and locations they need to visit?

Inspectors are always going to tell you that they are doing a great job. It seems to be kind of an occupational trait, sort of like land developers always exaggerating.

IAEA Says Iran Abiding by Nuclear Deal

How do they know what sites and locations they need to visit?

Inspectors are always going to tell you that they are doing a great job. It seems to be kind of an occupational trait, sort of like land developers always exaggerating.

yep.....just like the appraiser with 'lined' pockets....or a lobbyist....etc....

Less than three weeks later, the United States imposed sanctions against Iranian officials and institutions that Washington alleges are working to retain nuclear weapons-related expertise in Iran.
