Wow. KY made FT's and won. Our coachs should use the film of them making FT's and how they get back on D.

True on the youth, but off on the coaching. You listen to anyone (who knows anything) who attends practice and they rave about the quality and quantity of work these coaches are putting in.

Clark Kellogg is the latest. He has been going on and on about the "appetite for work" that Penny and staff have.

I get the coaching narrative about "HS ball". But it's being proven to be uninformed.

I don’t know... we were a possession or 2 away from losing to Tulane at home. We just do not have enough players who can score, but we’re a solid defensive squad, and always play hard.

Jamal Johnson 2-3 3 ptrs against Georgia - 43% on 3s for year.

6-4 G coming off bench that can shoot without being a defensive liability would be nice to have..

The Sweathog and his Auburn team could hit #1.

RE: STR Georgia...
Georgia is ranked 50's to 70's in every service. No matter how badly some want it to be, it was not a "terrible" loss to a "bad" team. It was a home loss that we coulda shoulda won, even without one of our best guys playing. It stings, but is not totally unexpected. If you thought a team of freshmen were not going to drop one they shouldn't have, then you were fooling yourself.

To be a terrible loss, it would have to be a Q3 or Q4 loss. This was a Q2 loss that really stung. But look around in college basketball and you can find some real examples of terrible losses.

Facts have no place on a sports message board.

Reported.

Slipped through his fingers with a 19 point blowout loss to Bama.
