Cincy a lock for the Nobody's Interested Tournament.
Out of UH, Memph and Wichy, one of those teams will definitely undergo a big chokefest, so only 2 make NCAAs.
The thing about this season is the AAC is kind of a quintessential bid steal type league. The three likely tournament teams are all between 28-38 kenpom. Nobody is surefire to win the conference tournament. I think the odds are decent a team outside those three wins the conference tournament and steals a bid.
It could happen, especially if Memphis, UH, and WSU are all at-large locks going into the AAC tournament.
The conference tournament is in Fort Worth, TX, so SMU may have the best shot at being the dark horse. The house might be SRO for both SMU and Houston.

The early poll results suggest a particularly strong expectation for 3 NCAA and 2 NIT teams from the conference, though these are very preliminary data indeed.
Even with the tourney in Ft Worth. I would bet good money Wichita will still have the biggest crowd.
If you expect standing room only for SMU & Houston you may be EXTREMELY disappointed
Dickies Arena in Ft. Worth apparently has a BB capacity of 14,000.
SMU had a couple of games with over 6,000 in attendance last season.
Houston's highest attendance has approached 9,000.
Perhaps the AAC tournament won't sell out any games due to SMU and Houston fans alone. But, as you pointed out, some of the Wichita State games might be sold out.
WSU is only a 5.5 hour drive from Dallas, straight shot down I-35.
Houston is ~ 4 hour drive to Dallas.
Memphis and New Orleans are ~ 7 hour drive to Dallas.
The AAC tournament might potentially have some crowds in the 10,000 attendance range for some of the Wichita, Memphis, and SMU games. A game between SMU and Wichita, Memphis, or Houston could be pretty packed, as could the semi- and finals games, if these 4 schools reach rounds 2 & 3.
