I owe an apology to UConn fans... Turns out they were right the AAC is holding them back at least in both revenue sports, DEAD LAST IN FOOTBALL AND SO FAR DEAD LAST IN BASKETBALL.

Beating the **** out of them when it come to conference play.

Chicken crap UCONN Coach Dan Hurley hid from the media and refused to do his press conf following his blowout loss at usf yesterday.

Not a great look. He sure comes off as a pissy, crybaby loser. Should be a great recruiting tool in addition to the player regression asset he has as well.

to be fair to hurly he gave interviews when he got back to uconn

he says uconn is at a crossroads..hinting if there isnt an immediate turnaround soon, itll be time to implode and start "building for the future"..aka bench seniors and play freshman

says Charleston classic was fools gold..Xavier had 0 days to prep & miami coach wasnt healthy during their game...akok is the only one playing well

Saw an interesting stat - UConn MBB is now 55-55 in regular season conference games since the AAC started. Nothing says "this conference is holding us back" like going .500 over the course of more than 100 games...

Fair?

There are reasons why they call it "post-game press conferences" so that the MEDIA ATTENDING THE GAME can ask questions.

It's never called the "wait till I get home when most of the media that were at the game can not ask me questions" press conf.

I'm sure the Catholic Crew & a Few is just salivating over the pending addition of UConn. They might get the offer to join rescinded.

RE: AAC Hoop Standings after Week 1
Summary:

Good freaking luck on the road in this conference this year.

It's a trend across college basketball as a whole, but man oh man are road games going to be tricky. Whoever out of Memphis, Houston, and Wichita is able to navigate their road schedule the best will be the one who comes out on top in the regular season.

It's all about women's basketball. That's what runs the show at UConn now.

Ah yes,the builtin safety net for UConn... Whatever goes wrong... It'a all about the "Ladies", funny thing is that the ladies haven't been as dominant as they once were, guess nothing lasts forever.

Well Memphis got our Lunch eaten in Wichita. We may be snacking on Cheeze Gritz snackers for awhile.

Can’t wait to watch Jank lead SMU on the long downward trek into the depths of continued mediocrity and irrelevance.

Was blessed to watch another game thrown away in the final 2 minutes by terrible coaching.
