Those were two very bad teams. At least Charlotte had the excuse that their top player was injured and couldn’t play.

Even in woeful CUSA, I don’t think the winter of 2020 will be kind to the Blazers.

ESPN’s BPI has UAB finishing January 1-8. BPI is wildly inaccurate, but not a good start for the conference slate. Still, if we can go 10-8 in conference play and win the first round, we will fulfill our highest goal of a 20-win season!

Ehsan is in year 4 and we have basically regressed. he recruited our players and coaches them up..

tactics like stepping on sideline when playing on the wing....twice....aka turnovers

setting moving picks...

throwing baseball passes to low post players on fast breaks and fly out of bounds..

etc....


THIS SUCKS.

we might not win 14 games in regular season with how this is going...

UAB played best tonight with Ralat at the point. Benjamin kept falling down dribbling and team played keep away from Lovan when Ralat out of the game. UAB stepped out of bounds frequently on passes into the corners too.

okay I'm stepping off the ledge now and jumping in a vat of Andy Gator.

Still, what, 17 games left? just win out and take home regular season crown.

I just don't see this team ever being consistent offensively. When the offense is on they'll be hard to beat, but I fear those instances will be few and far between.

Also, I seem to recall a couple of games ago HCRE saying Benjamin was hurt. Based on how he was holding himself during the game I'd say its a groin(or maybe it was a signal to officials or someone else).
