Dude, you guys were never joining the ACC. That ship sailed long before 2012. Your football program has never been taken seriously by any of the FBS and it’s been proven to be the right attitude as now it’s clear your administration isn’t taking it seriously either.

I understand UConn going back to the big East as it makes sense to focus on your core basketball program when football has clearly failed, but you don’t really have much ground to stand on to talk smack on any football program in the AAC.

Enjoy the farce attempt at independence though.

A good coach adjusts to the team that he has and builds into the team that he wants, those are the coaches that get poached from our conference, the likes of the Montgomery twins, Charlie Strong, Randy Edsel, and Rod Carey are hear until fired.

Y'all lost to a 7-6 team and are crying for the Cotton Bowl berth. Win that game your in. Until then we are the tweener conference (Which the Media is pushing as well) with better competition and will almost always beat out the rest of the G4/G5 if records are the same.

if one of the 8 officially designated ncaa polls ranks you #1, sure.... seeing how weak your schedule is 13-0 and no ny6 bowl i doubt youd crack top 10 even if 13-0..but we can all dream
