Quote:Here’s one example of Solomon’s faulty reporting: He published Lutsenko’s claim that Yovanovitch had given him a “do not prosecute” list. The Hill credulously put that claim in a headline, and from there it spread more. Within days, a Russian propaganda network also reportedly started circulating the claim. Several of the witnesses listed above testified before Congress that the idea of a “do not prosecute” list was absurd and ridiculous. Lutsenko subsequently walked back his claims before later doubling down on them after Giuliani continued to pursue dirt on Biden during Trump’s impeachment inquiry.
As the hearings went on, The Hill announced that it would review Solomon’s work; with the release of the House Intelligence Committee report into Trump and Giuliani’s plotting in Ukraine, the paper reiterated that it was planning this investigation. Included in the House Intelligence Committee report were phone logs that demonstrated the frequency with which Solomon was communicating with Parnas and Giuliani during crucial time periods in his reporting. Parnas’ attorney has also claimed that Solomon participated in a series of meetings at Trump International Hotel in Washington, D.C., with Giuliani, Parnas, diGenova, and Toensing about their efforts in Ukraine. Solomon and his allies have loudly complained about the revelations. But their claims are baseless given the context.

He had sources that he NAMED and ACCURATELY reported what they said. Furthermore, the existence of sources with conflicting information is hardly proof of poor reporting. In fact, this sort of conflict from different sources is a hallmark of most every political story ever written. The difference is these days, some media sources (looking at you CNN) now exclusively only report one side of the story.
While you are self righteously attacking the accuracy of Solomon, you absolutely are just fine with the lame stream fake news media spending the past 3 years reporting as FACT unnamed sources claiming---
1) That Trump colluded with the Russians
2) That the dossier was "verified" and "held up"
3) That the Trump claims of illegal survelliance of his campaign were unsubstantiated and false
4) That Nunez was spreading false information about the FBI FISA applications (of all people, Nunez has been vindicated as more and more facts come out).
I'll take Solomons reporting over anything reported by CNN all week long and twice on Sundays. Furthermore---Its worth noting that "The Hill" actually checked into the reporting when it was questioned. CNN doesnt give a flying fig if they are wrong. Despite being found horribly incorrect, ridiculously biased, and knowingly spinning incorrect fake narratives long after they have been completely debunked---CNN has made absolutely no attempt to correct or alter their faulty reporting guidelines. Thats why their audience has withered away to nothing.

Not sure.
This is what they say on their site:
Quote:Launched in May 2004, Media Matters for America put in place, for the first time, the means to systematically monitor a cross section of print, broadcast, cable, radio, and Internet media outlets for conservative misinformation - news or commentary that is not accurate, reliable, or credible and that forwards the conservative agenda - every day, in real time.
Using the website mediamatters.org as the principal vehicle for disseminating research and information, Media Matters posts rapid-response items as well as longer research and analytic reports documenting conservative misinformation throughout the media. Additionally, Media Matters works daily to notify activists, journalists, pundits, and the general public about instances of misinformation, providing them with the resources to rebut false claims and to take direct action against offending media institutions.

They are terrified that their criminal acts are getting exposed.

It was like Schiff unmasking him. The left hates people telling the truth about them. And this latest is probably a flag for their legions of crazy brownshirts to harrass and maybe even harm him.
