It worked really well in creating turnovers and forcing Drexle to rush their offense. OTH, they mamaged to shoot and hit 3 pointers when they broke the press.

As good as it seems we played, we still lost. At this point moral victories are useless. 7 game losing streak now.

Weak passes and a lack of ball handlers caused TO's at the top of the key and easy buckets for Delaware. I still like the results of our press, even if they didn't turn into points. It all came down to the fact the Drexel had a guy at the end we couldn't stop and we didn't have that guy. They went to him 3 times in a row on the last 3 posessions, and he scored twice and went to the ft line the other time.

If we had pressed all season, I think we'd look at lot different now. Kai would have been a huge help last night, instead we had Okauru and Tolefree at the point when Phillips went out and they are not good ball handlers or passers.

We don’t have a difference maker in crunch time to hit a big shot. Clearly Drexel has that in Wynter. He won the game down the stretch for them. We need Gadsden back badly to be that guy.

Also, we shoot A LOT of contested long 2s. The worst shot in basketball.
