All just goes to show how open this conference is. I also have not bought into Hofstra as a contender. Last night helped my view for a change.

I still think CofC is the best all around team in the conference. William & Mary is a contender for sure. I'd imagine Northeastern will be better and ready to compete come tournament time.

I really think think this is the Tribes year. Nobody can compete with their size, their defense has improved light years, and they are coming into CAA play with their guards healthy. That beating at Hofstra should be an eye opener to everyone.

I think my Tribe is mid pack. Just too streaky for my liking but hoping our new staff and tons of new players will find a way to put it all together, consistently, by March. We were supposed to smash Elon but hardly got out of there with our pants on.

Yeah, I don't put much stock in the negative of a "close win". Christmas break, on the road, probably didn't take them seriously, followed up by correcting whatever went wrong by absolutely destroying Hofstra on the road.

Who has no depth and no big men and had about the worst shooting game you could have (well below their averages for field goals, 3pt field goals and FT's). Sometimes its just a bad matchup and not indicative of each team. Hofstra isnt as bad as they showed nor is W&M as good as they showed. I do however believe W&M is Hofstra's worst matchup on paper

Agreed. You can’t take anything from one game. One team was hot the other was ice cold. Those games happen. W&M is definitely better than pre season polls might have suggested though looking at their body work.

Still think Northeastern will pull it out, with Delaware as the dark horse.

NU and CofC will be in the mix. W&M looks the best thus far. The line between the top and bottom is razor thin

Speaking on behalf of the bottom, I disagree. We will not be competitive against the top.

UD looked promising earlier this year but they're now 0-2 after falling to Drexel tonight.

NU seems like the team to beat. I'm curious how we'll look against them, our 3rd league away game. I don't like playing at their place, especially with the court dropped atop a hockey rink. I haven't experienced it, but I've heard their court gets very slippery.
