71-27 end of Q3

The Lady Monarchs haven't let up a bit 76-27, 5:27 to play, we're playing a deep bench, 11 monarchs have scored.

85-34 final. Go ladies!

ODU did let up on the gas a little in the 4th qtr to win 85-34. Beating teams with a 51 point win like we used to. Once again ODU came out hot, Morris was on fire.

Okay. What Morris did was.....beyond amazing. In just 9 minutes in the first half she goes 7-for-7, including 5-for-5 beyond the three point line. She finished the game with 19 points in just 9 minutes. Mount St Mary's scored 18 points in the first half, and 16 points in the second half. Victoria Morris scored more points in just 9 minutes than the opposing team did in either half. That's....unreal.

This game will hopefully give the players some confidence since our next game is on the road at Murfreesboro, TN. Not an easy place to play.

Also Con USA announced the women's final four conference games.

Interesting. We do have one away game at FAU in January. Maybe they will switch? I kind of doubt it though. FAU has no reason to switch.

Otherwise it's a problem for ODU. Hate to say it, but UFC will bring in more money than a women's basketball game. (Even with it being senior day) But ODU had to know that this was a possibility when they booked UFC. So let's hope that they have a plan....

Most Saturday games are at 2. If they can bump up the game earlier in the day, they might be able to set up the cage and get the arena ready by 7 pm? Realistically though....that might not be feasible.

My guess is ODU is working with FAU on this right now. If you go to the WBB ODU webpage, they haven't announced the dates yet. Only logical reason is because of this....
