Today is trade day
In reading some of the comments from non-Grizz fans on social media about the Iguodala twitter spat I’ve come to realize at least a couple things...

Opposing fans are either arrogant about their team and/or ignorant about the direction the Grizzlies organization is going. I’m not saying we’re gonna be hanging banners soon, but this team has a lot of potential going forward.

Of course people here are aware, but we’ve won 13 of the last 16 games.

I think Oubre would really fit in here.
Why would Phoenix do that?
i would play AI before I traded a 1st for Oubre
I don't know, Oubre might help put the Grizzlies back to make playoff runs for the next four or five seasons at least. He has the motor and skillset that we need imo.
We aren't likely to get a player that Dynamic with Utah's pick.
We are likely moving Crowder and Hill in other deals.
I don't like the idea of trading Tyus but he would likely be a needed piece for Phoenix to bite.

I would definitely trade Tyus and Anderson for Oubre. I would hang on to the Utah first though. If Phoenix insists on a pick we can use one of our many upcoming seconds. Seconds are mostly 'sweetners' anyhow. As for the hole at backup point guard, we have two more than capable players on the Hustle. Either Marquis Teague or Dusty Hannahs would fill Tyus Jones spot for our last 36 games.

I'd like to see Dusty Hannahs get some pt with the Grizz. We just have so much young talent. This young man can flat out shoot the ball but he is behind some other talented guards. I really like Tyus Jones.

Doesn't look thinks the Grizz really thought about trading either Jones or Anderson and I get that but we could have gotten a very strong player/picks in return. Maybe the Grizz feel like they will get more in return by waiting.

All in all we did very well yesterday.

Looks like Waiters is going to be isolated from this team.

Dieng is a huge get at a much needed position due to Jarens tendency to foul early. Bell the same. This need really showed up the game JJJ was suspended.

Winslow is going to fit right in here at the 3. Maybe Josh Jackson pans out.

Basically we gave up Hill and Crowder for Dieng, Winslow and Bell. No way is this trade a "C"

Our odds of making the postseason this year almost doubled after these trades according to most prognosticators.

I did hear some positive comments from Dan Patrick about trades the front office has made and how the team is playing well. So not everyone in the national media is living under a rock or an Iggy puppet.

I realize it’s over now, but it was good to hear someone praise the Grizz for their savvy move. I was starting to wonder if everyone on the planet was either insane or a Laker fan with all the buyout/poor Andre talk.

He had a -33 +/- in that game. The next worse was a -17. Funny thing that all the starters but one had plus numbers: Adebayo (+14), Butler (+14), Nunn (+11), Robinson (+9), Crowder (-10).

Morant was -25 for the night which was tied for 4th worst behind: Iggy (-33), Horford and Poole (GS) -26, Morant and Harris (Nets) (-25).

Yeah, just a bit uncharacteristic for him to only have 2 assists and 5 turnovers. I think Fox bothered him a lot. The odd thing is that Tyus Jones had a +27 with 16 points, 6 assists and 0 turnovers. He hasn't committed a turnover yet in February (6 games, 111 minutes). He has a 28 to 0 assist to turnover ratio this month.

he'll grow and learn

EDIT: I know you posted similar, but this is an actual headline on NBA.com - Ja's Warmup Dunks - 360 + Vinsanity Dunk
