I disagree. I read the tweet, and that's the first conclusion I would have come to. You have to realize, the majority of people do not listen to rap music, much less memorize the lyrics. I had no idea he was quoting a "song".

Could that have been what he meant? Sure.
But it is nothing but an assumption. The thread title was a declarative statement. A question mark at the end may have made sense, but it's still a stretch.
