Of course two of those wins were Ferrum and St. Andrews. Though this team can play a lot better defense than any of the Fox teams.

It’s interesting that UL is playing in Jonesboro this week while Little Rock is traveling to both Louisiana schools

We have some key pieces to compete for sure.

Objectively speaking, we don't play good basketball consistently. They make some amazing sequence of plays to build a lead, then become sloppy for 5mins stretch. Rinse and repeat. Classic case of "youth and inexperience."

If this roster gels late in the season though, we could potentially sneak up on some ppl.

Well that's a new one. I get the whole they won the league last year, so people gun for the champs thing, but acting like we're all so excited to play in the Cajun Dome in front of a 30-40 percent capacity crowd because its so nice looking is a step to far.

Typical Marlin. I think he was trying to find a way to rationalize out how you lost to a really bad basketball team at home, when you simply could have just pointed out that Marquis Eaton had one of his rate "great shooting" nights, that he's unlikely to be able to repeat and ended it there.

I've always disliked Marlin. Didn't like him at SHSU and don't like him at Louisiana.

I still remember him shoving an official once out of frustration and somehow not get reprimanded for it.

well, I think the SunBelt coaches picked us last or near the bottom of the league. Hopefully that's not where we end up
