Thanks for doing this but .... I went to the ACC board and took a look, and it just seems like a random selection of 12 or so of the bowl games. Why those particular games and not all of them or others?

There was nothing random at all. There are 25 bowl games involving all 42 of the eligible P5 teams and 8 of the G5 teams that are matched against P5 opponents. Those 25 games were divided into two separate contests. The 12 you saw were the first to be played, ending with the games on Saturday December 28th. They include both CFP semifinals.

The remaining thirteen games, scheduled between Monday the 30th and Thursday, January 2nd of the following week, and including the rest of the NY6 games, will be posted as Week 2.

Due to the large number of fans who are clamoring for a G5 Bowl Pickem (well, actually, none have yet but I imagine there are some) here's a pickem with every game involving at least one G5 team (22 in all).

Favorites are listed first, and the point spread follows the underdog in each game. Remember, you are picking against the spread, not straight up. Deadline for entries will be one hour before kickoff of the first game on the card. The tie breaker, if needed, will be total points in the Cincinnati - Boston College game.
