From what I read, he was hired to recruit Virginia. Virginia will not be an emphasis of recruiting at Baylor.

Decoster looks like a solid add. Like the staff, a little more diversity would be nice to add. That can improve down the road, as we'll be so successful schools will be trying to steal our coaches.
