Dillingham is what, 29 years old? He has lots of time to jump around. He'll be HC in 2-3 years.

What you say is true in a sense. Having an average defense does wonders when you have a excellent offense.

Absolutely. While the defense shows flashes, I can't stand some of their schemes.
The cushion they give receivers is ridiculous. Playing man coverage every single game, every single play is crazy to me. I hope Norvell takes the guy with him.
