They're adjacent properties; that makes the most sense.

I wonder how much community pushback he'd get for planning to demo what could easily be designated a Historic Building. On the other hand the City of Inglewood is so anxious to increase its tax base I don't think they'd stand for that kind of tactic...

This clears existing litigation that was standing in the way of Ballmer building a new state-of-the-art, 18,000-seat home for his team, according to the Clippers. The resolution of outstanding litigation was a condition of the sale, league sources said.

The Forum will remain as a music venue.
