Let me be the first Louisville fan to wish you luck keeping Coach Norvell in Memphis. The thought of his offense with the athletes he could recruit to Tallahassee isn’t something the rest of The ACC wants to have to face each season.

The ACC needs a good FSU, just not Coach Norvell Memphis good. We were thinking more of a Lame Kitten FAU good. Looks like Ole Miss will be getting that though. As someone said in another thread here. That ain’t gonna end well.

Good luck in the championship game today. It sucks that a milestone for your program gets over shadowed by coaching uncertainty. As a Louisville fan we know it all too well.

Same. I wish the NCAA would step in and fix this. Set a date after the national championship each year for coaching hires to be permitted after.

I’m going to be pissed if we win tomorrow and make it to a NY6 bowl and don’t have our coach. It sucks for the fans. It sucks for the athletes. It sucks for anyone tuning into watch the game. It benefits one person.

That idea is crazy. The signing period starts December 18th. You can't have a dozen coaches moving around 3 weeks after hundreds of players sign.

If he leaves it is infinitely better for everyone if he leaves right away, and the new coach starts recruiting right away instead of the second week of January.

I think the best thing to do is to move the signing period to after the last game that way the kids would know who is Coaching where.. What difference would moving the signing period back 3 to 4 weeks make!!
