Well the basketball team left the jar after they were eating by ants out on the left coast. Interested to see how they do at home on Tuesday against (horizon? league) member Valpo. Hope the era of good feelings can keep it rolling.
I am conflicted about this years football team. I wanted a Mac West championship. I got to watch CMU complete one of the best 1 year turnarounds ever and win the division. I still want the quick lane bowl for a chance at a boost in the arm attendance but I am hearing rumblings we are going to frisco. I am not mad but just sort of meh towards the season and hope we can continue to build on the 15 extra practices.
The conference seems down from the 2 teams in the BCS from earlier in the decade but i think that is good for emu.. Also shop local for the holidays, lots of great business in down town, depot town, ypsilanti with great one of a kind gifts for your famiy. I am at b24s right now for a work conference call. (thats right i go to places other then powells).

Valpo recently moved to the Missouri Valley Conference, which is like their third conference affiliation since I started following college hoops in the early/mid 2000’s. This is probably their final resting place, as it makes sense competitively and geographically.

I truly hope your info about the Frisco Bowl is correct. Would love to see one more game, even though this season was disappointing. Plus, the thought of being the only bowl eligible team left out would be tough.

For me, my day is sunny because my dark and gray holiday is over: I thought of coming to S.E. MI for the holiday, but opted not.

I planned to watch EMU WBB vs. UofM - bad loss.

Lions vs. Bears. Another loss.

And then EMU vs. Kent for W #7. Nope.

The Wizards decided to be out on the West Coast (with Murphy's team). The UCI Anteaters ate the green EMU M&M in the jar and the two NBA teams in L.A. ate the Wizards' lunch...

Glad no EMU team is playing today... I might need meds. No wonder I'm thinking of the 2020 football team. They can't lose for nine months.
