I just checked the link, and the numbers seem to have changed.

Right now, it has:

Wichita St: #6 seed (#23)
Memphis: #8 seed (#29)
Temple: #10 seed (#39; last four byes)

Houston 3rd Out

When is the influence of (KenPom) preseason ratings removed from the system?
As of 2018, it is 73 days from the date of the first game. This ends up being sometime around January 20th. However, the influence of the preseason ratings is gradually reduced between the first week of the season and this point, so that the influence of the preseason ratings is minimal in mid-January.

"As with Kenpom, there is also a preseason component that is phased out once a team has played 13 adjusted games (since not all games count for 100% of a game, it typically sticks around for 15 or 16 games)."
