Yes, but I think there's a big dropoff from Locksley to their 2nd stringer...

That was big to keep the defense off of the field. I've been to El Paso many times, and it definitely is tough to breathe (not Colorado Springs tough, but still difficult).

Yes their original starter got injured earlier in season. UTEP current QB is 2nd stringer on today's roster. (We started our 2nd stringer as well if you base on beginning of season. We lost our original starter not to injury but to turnovers.)
