I know for a fact that our ticket taker couldn't use her counter. She finally told (after no more than 3 seconds) to go on through because "it's ok. It's not important". Her counter never sounded

As of last week, we were averaging just over 40K, 2nd in the conference behind UCF at about 43K.

I am amazed that there were 20k fans who came to the SMU game and watched what was an awfully exciting game but then did not come to this game.

Scanners weren’t picking up the print at home tickets or phone tickets at gate 2 when I came through. Not sure how many it happened to or about other gates.

At the game I estimated 42k.

I guess a lot of people were out of town because of Thanksgiving break.. but crazy how ESPN Gameday can fill stadiums!.

I was seated in section 123 and I will avoid it next time.. Too many college kids around!.. It gets distracting when rent-a-cops keep coming up the stairs all game long kicking some of these kids out of the stands.

I would have given it 42-45k on TV, it looked pretty good with only the corners and up top being pretty sparse.

I'm not in Memphis. Watched on TV. No one watching on TV cared if there was 32k or 52k. The game looked well attended and the crowd was loud. I would have thought about 40k from the TV views.

I HOPE I AM WRONG but I don’t believe we have the infrastructure in place to handle that type demand in 7 days. We sold 25K the week leading up to the SMU game and were maxed out. The computers will crash, the phones will be busy and the staff will be shell shocked. #GTG

Awfully hard not to believe that there were 40 to 43K in the Old Gray Lady last night. Crowd was into it and LOUD! You know, kinda like it should be!
