Round of 24 and 2nd round/round of 16 sometimes true. Shouldn’t be for the quarters or semis though..

That's not 100%. We've played SHSU and SDSU in the past in our QF and SF games. Both were pure garbage and wouldn't have been more than a .500 CAA team. Weber was actually good though.
SHSU I won’t argue. SDSU was pure garbage lol. Out of the MVFC, they came into the semis as the #5 seed at 11-2, and had beaten NDSU by double digits..Just because they imploded vs JMU doesn’t mean they were garbage.

We should have at least 4 there, but held off on purchasing for a bit because trying to talk some other folks into joining us. Probably quite a few people are trying to finalize things with the holidays.

I expect a good/loud crowd, though maybe not a sellout for this game.

There’s no maybe about it. Zero chance of even coming close to a sellout.

Yep! Bring on Incarnate Friggin Word!

And, before you fact-checkers (BDK) tell me that IFW isn't in the playoffs this year, allow me to qualify my statement. Last year, Friggin U made the field. I complained about the miserable quality of the FCS playoff field, citing IFW as an example, and was promptly informed by Horny what a fine school Friggin U is. It's still Incarnate Friggin Word! GMAFB!

I’m not hung up on the names of the schools like you are. I only care about the quality of the team on the field. FWIW UIW isn’t some small private (11k students), and if they play in a full 63 scholly league, and are competitive, I could give a rats arse what their univ name is.

You complain about the quality of the field, yet earlier this season weren’t you calling for a larger field, and criticizing those who called for a smaller field (due to the quality of the bottom of the field). If there was a 20 team field, which could have with the current 10 AQ, then UIW, who might have been the last team in last year, wouldn’t have been in..

I agree with you BDK, regarding that SDSU game, should have been a good one, but our defense simply played the best game of that season. Those things happen.

RE: Playoff Ticket Sales
For those of you who got your tickets -did you receive a parking pass too? The website said Duke Club members and season ticket holders would receive game specific passes with our game tickets but mine wasn't included in the pdf.

Anyone know if they are coming separately?

Seriously, you get the Big South Champion on a 9 game winning streak in the 2nd round at home.....keep winning and you get more.

It's ok the fans that the team needs will be there as always.....the one's that stay and get loud.

The excuse crowd for playoff attendance is so tiresome.....excuses are like 'a$$holes', everyone has one.

Schedule gods just didn’t play as nice for me this year. I need 2 more W’s so I can get in there for the big one on the 21st.

As someone who doesn't miss home playoff games and as someone who is as big of a JMU homer as the next guy, I thought Monmouth was in North Carolina up until a google search the other day. So I do agree with Hyper to some extent here. Sure, it truly is great competition, and they will be a formidable opponent, much better than Merrimack College will be. That being said, it doesn't have the curb appeal that even a lower level FBS team would, arguably even a directional state type of team. That's just one dude's opinion though.
