No. Ukraine STILL Does Not Have The DNC Server
Nor is Crowdstrike a Ukranain company...despite what the Liar In Chief keeps on claiming.

Quote:Almost every aspect of this is demonstrably wrong. CrowdStrike is not a Ukrainian company. Its cofounder and chief technology officer, Dmitri Alperovitch, was born in Russia and has lived in the US since his teenage years. The company is based in Sunnyvale, California, and went public this summer. As is standard in this sort of incident response, CrowdStrike never took physical possession of any DNC server. Its analysts instead captured an “image” of the hard drives and memories of affected machines, exact replicas that it could examine for signs of malfeasance. It handed all of that forensic evidence over to the FBI, which Department of Justice deputy assistant attorney general Adam Hickey confirmed just last month. And if the logical contortions required to view CrowdStrike as somehow partisan in all of this aren’t already enough, know that the company counts the Republican National Congressional Committee among its clients.

So: Not Ukrainian. No physical server. Not only was the FBI directly involved, but the DOJ indicted the Russian hackers responsible and laid out in exquisite detail how they did it—and how CrowdStrike fought them off. You can read the indictment for yourself here. Start on page 10; CrowdStrike is Company 1.

We recently had to use Crowdstrike and they did the same thing to us. We sent them the questionable server, they took an image and sent it back. They do not want the liability of having possession of the physical evidence.

This is actually the first I've heard of this theory. Don't know anyone who thinks this. I do think it is bad police work to not take possession of the servers by the FBI however. Additionally, Crowdstrike screwed up another analysis stating that Ukrainian artillery was hacked and wrongly concluded that Russia did it. One could argue that Crowdstrike does shoddy work and has a bias to blame Russia. It's work record is not great. Finally, there is virtually no way they can prove which group of hackers or nation is responsible for the hack of the DNC servers (if it was even a hack and not an internal leak). The Mueller indictment is a narrative his team of Democrats was pushing without substance to back it up. It's an indictment that will never be proven in court.

As soon as you explain how (as CrowdStrike determined BTW) the server was hacked and the data downloaded at speeds not doable over the internet.

Hmm... not according to sworn testimony... but maybe Pompeo, Mulvaney et al will come forward and testify under oath on the President’s behalf?

The problem with that sworn testimony is it's based almost entirely upon speculation and hearsay. In any trial with actual evidence rules that all goes out the window. Hearsay and speculation are what lay person might know as gossip. It's not reliable and not admissible evidence.

Its not gossip. The problem is those with 1st hand knowledge will not testify under oath on Trump’s behalf. Their testimony can clear the President.

At this point, gossip is precisely what all of it is. Weaponized gossip.

And under our legal system, there is no need or reason for anybody to testify on Trump's behalf until the prosecution produces more than hearsay evidence. This sound byte is being used as a way to try to get people to testify so they can be publicly harassed by Schiff and his cronies.

"We've heard some rumors, and it's up to you to prove them wrong," may be how certain legal systems operate. USSR and Nazi Germany come to mind. Bit is not, and never has been, how ours operates.

What "sworn testimony" of FACTUAL EVIDENCE did any of them provide. I'm not talking about "somebody told me", or "in my opinion" non-evidence.

The FACTS are as follows -

1). Not a single one of the "witnesses" would state under oath that they had ANY evidence of Trump committing a crime or an Impeachable offense.

2). Nowhere in the TRANSCRIPT OF THE CALL does it show any Quid-Pro-Quo or Bribery took place.

3). The President of Ukraine has stated publicly when questioned by the Liberal Media that he was not pressured to do anything for the U.S. Aid to his country.

4). The Aid was NOT with held "till the Bidens were investigated" as stated by the Liberals.

5). Just because Joe is running for public office does not give him a "get out of jail free card" as far as him being investigated for corruption as the Liberals would like everyone to believe. In fact it is the Democrats on Capitol Hill that have stated again and again the past few years that, "No one is above the law".
