Trust me, just wait until next year and i'll do right by the program. Well, what about this year. Can anyone name an FBS coach who is was not in their first year that has gone 1-11 and 0-11 against FBS competition and kept their job. Time for Wilder to take his freakshow with Scott and Whitcomb somewhere else. If Selig and Broderick don't sh*tcan Wilder, then they are giving donors, season ticket holders, the team, and the Monarch faithful a big MIDDLE FINGER. This was the most disgusting display of coaching I have seen ..... the program has spiraled downward the last 3 years, reaching rock bottomr this year.

Who would be ignorant enough to bring back these clowns. They have laid the third year egg in a row. And to paraphrase Wilder, these final three games are an audition as to why we should be able to return next year. Well, from where I stand (and sat by myself at the end of the game in the stadium this evening), the audition was a spectacular failure ...... exit stage left BW, and if not, my financial support will not go to encourage more stupid decisions by a gulible administration. Look forward to the decision announcement, then I'll make my decision.

Many here said we would win 4 or 5 this year especially after the way played against VT. Those would have likely been in the keep Wilder camp if we did. I said 2 wins optimistically 3. We only got one ....seems like I am the only one that if Wilder truly wants another year, we should say...here is 2 more on top of next year. You get a cut in salary and there are no buyout clauses. That would ensure he means what he says. This year we really sucked because our OL was really not even good FCS level.

Uncle Frank, it must hurt being so good - and innovative. But, I’ll admit, I get a kick out of reading your posts tooting your horn.

OL has not been adequate since 2014, and THAT was an FCS OL.
Five years of an inadequate OL is ultimately on the HC.
There is no reason to think that will magically change next year under BW.

Did anyone else see what a good time the UNCC players were having, along with the team cheering together. Their 1St coach has them going in the right direction

The problem may be the coaching staff, but I don't think we have the players to compete. BW guarantees a bowl appearance next season or he will resign? He better do one hell of a recruiting job this year and that doesn't mean freshmen! I honestly think he is trying to buy one more year.

I agree. He needs to not only agree to resign but agree to give back his salary for the season if he really wants to put his money where his mouth is.

Charlotte will play Buffalo in the Bahamas Bowl. They and their fans deserve it after all those lean years.

We got by but MM was talking to a small crowd around the grill so I just dropped my stuff off and dipped. I hope there will be many happy kids this Christmas!

I think this one thing Healy does that is huge. He’s big on body language and the psychology of it.

I went a practice and before he let them go he told the players “if you put a camera on our sideline and a camera on theirs, I want the viewer to think we are winning. Our enthusiasm is worth five points a game”.

I think you will see this kind of coaching style more in the future.

Joking aside, I saw the party on the Charlotte sideline and was totally jealous. Looks like a great time. Love the positive, upbeat energy. I truly believe that translates to wins.

They were really digging the light show! I love watching the players all dancing and going crazy. Hopefully our kids will have more to dance to next year.

It is good to see teams having fun and I bet it's great for recruiting. Even if Healy taking his shirt off after games is a little odd. But have you seen what's going at the U this season?

They've been dancing pre-game, during practice and on the sidelines during the game. And as the losses (to what their fans see as inferior competition) have mounted, the dancing seems to be the biggest point of emphasis for a lot of their fans. They say it shows a lack of focus on the goal at hand.

And on MNF, Randy Moss called them out for dancing during the loss to FIU.

Obviously, all things players and coaches do during a disappointing season become magnified. But the dancing/partying seems to be really low hanging fruit.

I'd say that LSU is the best 12-0 team but everything else looks pretty accurate
