Does not appear there are many FCS schools left without a game on Sept 5th

Gonna have to be an FCS team from out of the region if we play one it appears. I did see Stetson doesn't have a schedule yet. Maybe they are an option? Pioneer league team.

Western posts the ET game on the 10th, but ET posts the game on the 17th. Who knows?

We’re the only program playing a D2. Everyone else is playing all FCS or FCS+FBS. Scheduling is an institutional problem for ETSU across all programs.

Women's basketball schedules well. But yes, men's basketball and football haven't been putting together very good schedules lately.

Playing a D2 and an FBS team which we will lose too, makes it very hard to make the playoffs.

I would think so too. Yet we did it in 2018; while losing two of our SoCon games and winning the other six by three or less points. Of course, there was the 45-0 win over D1 Gardner-Webb; an eleven game season like this year's will be.

I did now this . I just assumed that every SoCon team played at least one D2 team.

This could be a tough win if the coach does not get the team turned around. Last year we went in the wrong direction fast.
