back home from the game.

Whoooo! A lot of fun to watch - hope it was good on CBSSN too.

My seats are across from the usual visitors' band location, so it's possible I hear less of the Brigade of Midshipmen and more of the opponent on the regular...but I was impressed with the SMU road support. "S-M-U" chants were audible, noise was made on Navy 3rd downs, etc. Good showing.

Slightly weird to watch. Like, we were doing whatever we wanted, and you look up and we're down 21-10!?!
Kick return obviously big, but that's only 7 of the halftime deficit...always felt dominant but never felt comfortable...weird...

Beat Tulane, get a good bowl, and beat them, Mustangs!

I didnt get it either. On radio, someone said something about ball not being snapped and didnt touch anyone.

The ball wasn't snapped and he didn't touch anyone, but he jumped into the neutral zone and caused a Navy player to jump, which is still an offsides penalty.

plus they changed the rule several years ago. If a defender makes an aggressive move toward the Offensive Lineman and causes him to move then its offsides on the defense even if defender gets back onsides before snap
