MACC
May go up to Detroit to see the Redhawks play. Can't beat seeing indoor football In December no matter who plays. Plus, pay for a good seat and be able sit anywhere (because Miami fans don't travel well).

I'd really want to pay to watch a team that already
had their clocks cleaned 38-16 by the opponent for the MACC.

Okay Boca, I heard you. Do you really want to watch another UT football game?

I would rather watch another UT football game over a Miami Redhawk game ...
I also would rather watch UT basketball than follow Wright State basketball...
For being a Rocket fan, sometimes your priorities are screwed up...

RE: MACC
this might be the worst MACC in a while. Redhawks aren't very good but the MAC cannibalized itself.

Hey FMRocket, I was born and raised in Toledo, although did not go to the university (I chose the military instead). I do support the Rockets have rooted for them where ever I have been stationed at. I also have followed the local universities where ever I have been in the military, from N. Dakota (UND, NDST) to Oklahoma (OU, OSU,), northern Michigan (CMU) and now in Dayton (WSU, UD). GO ROCKETS

I was also in the military(U.S. Air Force), attended UT when I got out and made numerous road trips out west when I lived in LA-(Fresno-twice, Arizona-twice, San Diego State-basketball game)... Have been to all MAC stadiums (except UB) three or more times... Marshall-4 times, Vegas-twice, Florida, Philly, Cincy-twice, along with several big 10 stadiums to support the Rockets... I realize you cheer for UT but your constant posts about other programs and their potential/schedule/blah blah blah, gets a bit tiresome on this being a UNIVERSITY of TOLEDO ROCKET board ...04-cheers

I am simply pointing out comparisons. And I will add this, Boise State football for example are the darlings of mid major football and perhaps one day UT will attain that status. In the past I saw some on this board pointed out that UT recruits just as many 3 star athletes as Boise does. Yet, this doesn't translate to the field yet, it may in the future, which I believe is a long ways off.
