MyBB Coach Majerle 2019-2020 Postgame Press Conferences/Interviews
Coach Majerle *seemed* to be ducking postgame interviews after the early losses, but postgame interviews started trickling out after the UAPB win. I will post links to any interviews that are posted throughout the season, but I'm not counting on all of them being made available.

12/12/2019 – [AUDIO] Coach Majerle post-game press conference following the game v. Northern Iowa (L, 58-82)

It's a lot tougher to find audio of post-game pressers after bad losses, but this one is an all-timer for Majerle. As the name of the podcast episode suggests, I'm really not sure where this team goes from here.

I’m glad to hear him take responsibility. So often he’s quick to say which players are playing poorly and essentially cast the blame on their lack of passion or energy. While it may be true, coaches shouldn’t air that dirty laundry on the air. That’s best left for the locker room and practice gym.

Taking responsibility is great. It’s demonstrative of humility. Now... it’s time to see his leadership in digging out of the hole. He can’t rely on Carlos or Ali to do it for him. Not even Mikey Dixon. It’s got to be top down. Last year we lost true player leaders in Martin and Michael Finke. Oscar is a senior and hasn’t shown signs of stepping up. The on court leadership void is obvious.

Is it really taking responsibility if every "It's on me!" is followed by calling out and/or blaming players by name?

LOL! Exactly. His rants are becoming more and more maniacal after every loss.

RE: Coach Majerle 2019-2020 Postgame Press Conferences/Interviews
There is a saying "Those who can, do; those who can't, teach"... or, those who can't play, coach. It also works the other way... Majerle was a great player but he can't put his skill and work ethic into his players. There is a disconnect. I actually feel Majele is not a good evaluator/developer of talent. With few exceptions, I just don't see vast improvement in many of Majerle's players. Lever is now as he was as a freshman. Carlos Johnson has actually taken a step back.
