I'm as big a homer as anybody, and I thought we'd be much improved this season ... but I can't believe we are already bowl eligible, with two games to play.

Just got to say coaching culture is everything. You create a warm environment and the players will follow. You create a frigid environment and the players will walk away. Scott has created an environment that brings everyone together. The future is bright once again. Same with Coach Mack turning the environment around in Basketball.

Congrats, Cards. With Petrino turning the program into mush, I thought it would be a three year rebuild but you have bounced back quickly.

I believe UL will beat UK this year - which automatically makes it a good season! - but I think the Cards are being projected to go to possibly Sun or Belk Bowl, against possibly Arizona State or Tennessee -- both winnable games for Louisville, IMO.

Could end up with as many as 9 wins after going 2-10 last year... are you kidding me?

This was the first year in forever that I had no clue what to project the team to be like. I didn't know if the change in staff would bring immediate success like it has or if we'd be in for a rough slow rebuild. This year has been amazing. Especially living in the PNW, working at a Big Sky school with a boss that is also a Louisville alum. It has been fun.
