TCU is probably the better P5 win over FSU at this point but at worst it's a wash. The AAC is clearly the better conference so it seems like a no brainer that SMU would usurp Boise's position if they go on to win @ Navy, Tulane & vs Cincy (in the championship game). That said, I just don't trust how the committee doesn't really spend much time considering the bottom half of the poll. Moreover, my biggest concern is that their disrespect towards the AAC is more than just wanton neglect and actually rises to the level of intentional malfeasance.

Any AAC Champion should get in over Boise Junior College. Whether the committee knows it, there are no easy outs in the AAC anymore (exception Ucant).
