I would assume a sizable number drives in Division 1 football consist of this.

Of course, but about as expected considering. Hosting a 1-8 UTEP in November after we lost 2 back to back road games with zero offense. I'm glad the team is 7-3, but we still haven't beat anyone worth anything yet.

We have 6 FBS wins and they're all in the bottom 12.

#119 UTSA
#123 Rice
#125 South Alabama
#126 Old Dominion
#128 UTEP
#130 Akron

Combined record: 7-48. The only team with FBS wins is UTSA.

Hoping we have a decent crowd to host La. Tech for our last home game. Should be better than this one unless weather is bad.

We need to beat LT and UNT. USM needs to lose two if Marshall wins the East, or USM needs to lose one (to FAU) if FAU wins the east, but I don't see Marshall losing again.

Today’s game was just what the doctored ordered. UAB dominated a poor UTEP team, but we needed it.

It gets cold in the shade in November.

I don’t know if you project that crowd size in Troy’s stadium that Turn style count looks pretty accurate. It’s all about perspective. People were pretty well spread out Saturday with folks in the upper deck and boxes. I told my grandson look like 19 so I was close. We sat opposite of the press box

Better looking home league schedule next year:

North Texas
Southern Miss
UTSA
Western Kentucky

Really only one quality home CUSA game this season. Our attendance has historically slipped as the season progressed so our best home opponent is well placed for us this year. Hopefully the weather will cooperate.

This is what I was thinking as well. Getting close to 20k last weekend is pretty decent. At long as there's more than 15,737 then we should be good to set another attendance record.

RE: 2019 UTEP Game Thread
Regarding attendance, UAB averaging just over 26000 for the year in 5 games, Southern Miss about 150 fans back in 4 games.

Both playing this weekend in their final home games & this will determine who had the highest attendance for the season.

Marshall over 2000 back of both.

Our crappy attended games getting 20,000 fans or thereabouts is way better than 8000 under previous coaches.

It is a big game for us however late season attendance drops every year regardless.

24,000 should get us the outright top attendance for the season.
