I think being shorthanded personnel wise killed us tonight.

Not one to bag on the officials usually, but tonight was utterly ridiculous. Worst officiating I've seen in awhile. NCHC needs to look at this crew.

Typical night in the NCHC, no easy games.

A week off
Home vs Nodak 2 games
A month off
Then home and home with Notre Dame
At Duluth 2 games

A big chance to establish pairwise

Didn’t get a chance to watch tonight but just saw the highlights and looks like we had issues turning the puck over again, especially in our own zone.

Both teams had 6 penalties for 12 minutes/each, WMU led SOG by 29-24, WMU led faceoffs by 26/24. Doesn't sound like the game was lost due to bad officiating.

Sometimes the puck just doesn't bounce your way, way it is. On to Denver.

They ran Bussi no less than 4 times. Not one was called. Eventually he got lit up because of it. Lucky he didn't have to leave the game

Losing that many starters and your coach for a game...

No excuses... we have the players to compete... but when the puck and the health bug are both against you it’s hard to win.
