David Kustoff’s roots run deep in West Tennessee. He was born and raised in Shelby County where he attended White Station High School. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Memphis and graduated in 1992 from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.

This should be an interesting follow. This could open the door at other programs wrong doings or it could all be for nothing.

All we can do now is wait and see!

Surprised Cohen hasn't already jumped in on it. You can't go wrong politically in Shelby County by supporting UM athletics locally. And Cohen has always been a big UM "booster", lol.

i think when politicians get involved with the NCAA is when things happen. just look at california and their whole player likeness and image result. i think changes will come but what i look forward to seeing is the snitch who made a complaint! i hope it comes out in court one way or another.

Not sure what he can really do---but its hard to see how it could hurt.

We have an AAU coach that helped a woman move her family to Memphis, unbeknownst to the University by the way, who was not the Memphis coach, who had no idea he would become the Memphis coach, who was in fact actively steering players AWAY from Memphis, who was in fact helping Calipari recruit to Kentucky, and to the simpletons here that is the basis for "Memphis should stop cheating".

Have any of them actually accomplished anything since that 2016 elections or 2017 when the new administration and new (OLD) Congress were sworn in?????

No doubt you're right, but it's still really bad press for the NCAA while it drags on.
