Some would complain if they did. Others would complain in they didn't - although I think the "7 footers" term is just being thrown around for emphasis by some people.

Nope. You’re wrong again. Most of the information Verbal Commits uses is from Twitter. Players tweet that they got an offer and they cite that as their source. ODU is not updating VC when we give or pull an offer.

Tell me, why does ODU recruiting board tell you when they lose a recruit and tells where they are going? It comes from ODU.

Just accept that you are wrong

It’s not an ODU operated website.

ODU basketball staff doesn’t update the ODU VC page.

Verbal commits is a third party that updates the page based on what players tweet and submit to the site.

Players never update VC that an offer was pulled.

They aren’t. That information is coming from Twitter or the player.

It’s not an ODU website. So, they have zero control over what goes on it, you sweet summer child.

And has been said ad nauseum, pretty much all of these guys you have said “we lost” didn’t even have a current offer from ODU.

We lost 4 players, and we are adding 5. If you count Jason Wade, that's 6. I am at the point where I think posters are just having fun with this. If you want to criticize JJ for losing, fine, but the guys coming in fully replace the guys we lost, and then some.

kidding aside. Ya, ODU literally has no sway, nore should they, in what a recruit posts on their social media until they're a signed representative of the university. Then that would fall under the code of conduct of said university.
